Custom Ring Canvas Cost: What to Include in a Quote
A custom ring mat cover is quoted to specification rather than at one universal price. Send your ring dimensions, material preference, logo artwork, quantity and US delivery details. Compare quotes for the same cover specification and ask what shipping and any other charges include.
What affects a custom ring cover quote?
Ring covers differ in dimensions, fabric, fastening and artwork. A price without those details may refer to a different product from the one your gym needs. Fight Folk prepares a quote from your requirements; this page does not publish an invented starting price.
Specify whether you want a replacement fabric cover for an existing ring. A quote for a cover should not be compared with a complete ring, a padding system, a cage cover or gym floor mats.
Your quote request checklist
- Gym or business name, your role and contact details
- Ring type: boxing, wrestling or MMA platform
- Platform length, width and edge details, with measurement units
- Photos and the required fastening arrangement
- Cotton canvas with hand printing or polyester canvas with digital printing; ask for advice if unsure
- Base color, logo artwork, print dimensions and orientation
- Quantity, including whether this is a sample, one replacement or a repeat bulk order
- US delivery city, state and ZIP code, plus the date the cover is needed
Check what the delivered price includes
Fight Folk includes shipping in the quoted price. Ask for the quote’s full scope and clarify any customs duties, taxes or other charges that may apply to your order rather than assuming that “shipping included” answers every import-cost question.
Normal delivery is 15 days, and express delivery is available in 7 days. Confirm the applicable lead time, approval deadlines and destination details in the written quotation. If you have a fixed event date, share it at the start of the discussion.
Approve fit and artwork before production
Check the finished dimensions, fastening, colors and logo orientation on the proposed specification and proof. If a physical sample is needed, ask how it affects the schedule and cost. Keep the approved documents so reorders can refer to the same version.
A visual design made in our online customizer is a useful reference, but it does not replace checking the ring measurements or approving a production specification. Send the original artwork where available.
One replacement cover or a bulk program?
There is no minimum order quantity at Fight Folk. You can request one custom cover for your gym or discuss bulk and private-label production for several locations or resale. Ask for quantity-specific pricing instead of assuming a single-cover quote applies unchanged to a larger order.
