Information submitted with an inquiry
The quote form asks for your name, gym or business name, buyer role, email, ring-cover requirements and any notes you choose to send. A phone or WhatsApp number, logo artwork and design reference files can also be provided. The online customizer submits your contact details, cover requirements, design and notes. Please avoid uploading information unrelated to your order, payment card details or account passwords.
How inquiry information is used
Fight Folk uses the information you submit to review your ring-cover requirements, prepare a quotation, communicate about your design and manage order discussions. Submitted details and files are stored using Supabase database and storage services and can be reviewed by the team through the protected administration area.
Analytics, chat and external links
The website supports Google Analytics to measure page visits, quote submissions and clicks on contact links, and a Tawk.to live-chat widget. When enabled, these services can process browser and interaction information and use their own storage or cookies. WhatsApp links, phone links and email links open external services; information shared there is also handled under those services’ terms and privacy notices.
Your information and requests
For questions about information you submitted, to correct an inquiry, or to request deletion, contact sales@fightfolk.com and identify the inquiry without sending passwords. The team may need to verify that a request concerns your information and explain any order, accounting or other recordkeeping needs that affect the request.
